Tomorrow begins our year-end campaign, and as promised here is part two of my response (and it looks like a part three is coming) to your comments Tweeted or posted regarding social media fundraising.
Some of you caution WBUR not to go there, while others advise a conservative approach. My inclination is toward the latter. But fear not, our campaign will not be a manic arm-twisting romp through the social media space. The bull is securely corralled miles away from the closest China shop.
Now on to brass tacks: As @wbur I will Tweet, at least a couple of times daily during the duration of the fundraiser, gentle reminders to pledge. Reminders will also be posted on Facebook events, featured on YouTube and Flickr, and perhaps even “Uttered” as well.
